The environment is pretty much complete, the rest will be projected on a surface shader and planes such as clouds, trees etc.

Adaptation Part B: Modeling progress
As I was unsure about how distorted the buildings should be, I have a talk with Phil about it and was told to keep them as they are in order to avoid confusing once the scene is textured..
So I tried to apply a subtle bending to the assets and trying to keep the style consistent and minimum. These are some quick renders to show the modeling progress:

Adaptation Part B: Modeling
It was suggested to move to Maya in order to further understand my environment and its assets, in terms of perspective and shapes.
So these are some quick renders so far:
However, I will be taking a different approach, in which I will find an appropriate music for my final animation which will give an idea about the length of my piece. I will also research the sounds I will be using in the piece and these will help me decide my camera shots and angles.
And this is to help me carefully decide what to include in my set in order to avoid modeling a whole environment that won't be all shown.
